As many of you have notice, it seems we may be stuck in this situation for a while. The border has been secured to keep out Wasteland beings at intervals of 10 hours at a time, however, it needs to recharge for 4 hours afterwards. Please be on your guard during the times it is down. It is advised not to venture out in the Wastelands, as we have recorded strange frequencies. More will be reported on the subject later.

Because our time here is indefinite, we feel it best to secure a more suitable area for living further into the city. You will find the appropriate area and coordinates on your PCD (Portable Communication Devices) given to you upon arrival. We would like to clear out the debris as quick as possible and begin rebuilding with the supplies we have. While labor will not be paid as we have no currency, it would benefit the community as a whole if those able would be willing to lend a hand in helping to rebuild this place.

In order to make this unstable environment safer for the incoming and current residents, the Unified Universe Project is implementing new security about the border, of what we are going to call the Safezone, a twenty mile radius in which you are currently inhabiting. It is wise to stay within the limits. We are setting up a fence about the border to keep some of the less stable elements and creatures out, however...

It has come to our attention that, while this fence is still in it's trial stages, has, inadvertently called attention to our Safezone. You may notice creatures coming in from what we are calling the Wastelands, or the unstable world beyond the Safezone's borders. It is advised to stay away if you encounter any of these.

(( OOC: Okay, so basically the Project f'd up again, and now weird things are coming inside the city. And we mean WEIRD, because time is compressing, after all. You may see a croc with man arms, purple giraffes that eat people, dragons, a chocobo that's half Betta-fish - whatever you can come up with. Some creatures look relatively normal, and some may almost be exact copies of those you are used to in your world, but not quite. Some are friendly, some are not.

Feel free to get mad, fight things, pet them, whatever you want :) This event will last until the 13th of February. Oohh~ ))

Many of you are probably wondering what is going on. To put things simply, we have...compressed time. Or rather, it is compressing, and therefore we are finding new things and people are appearing every day. As far as we can tell, we all existed or will exist at one point or another, yet now everything is slowly combining to exist at one point in time.

With these devices - which we have not named yet - we will try to keep you updated.
